  So we used to order from this location somewhat frequently and it was always at least decent, however, after receiving a cold pizza with no peppers or garlic sauce in the box almost 30 minutes PAST the 45 minute delivery time we were told, I called the store and a gentleman named Malik ARGUED that he and his driver had called us before even finding out what order we were. Turns out obviously they hadn't called us and they tried to offer us a 50% voucher. The next day I call the GM to notify him of our disappointing experience and he was apologetic and offered to apply a voucher for a free pizza for our next order to our account. He verified the account we ordered from and said it was added. A few days later we log in to order pizza, and there is no voucher on the account. So I call in to place the order instead, and after being placed on hold and shuffled around by three different people, all trying to take my order for the first time even AFTER I had placed my order and asked about the voucher, I finally get a manager on the phone. The guy explains I still need to pay the delivery fee (fine, whatever) and finally places my order. The pizza arrives and appears to have been carried VERTICALLY. I will post the picture. The pizza is all scrunched up to one side of the box, with the middle pieces folder under each other, cheese stuck to the top of the box, and YEP, COLD. So my boyfriend calls to explain the problem and the guy on the phone didn't understand the difference between the FIRST pizza we had complained about and the pizza we were CURRENTLY complaining about and once again tried arguing that we hadn't called in the 24-hour policy window for complaints. After explaining that we were calling about a pizza that had just arrived, he just tried to offer us the 50% buy off, no apologies. So we informed them that we would not be ordering from them anymore and they're a terrible representation of our favorite pizza chain. I hope someone in their managerial offices sees this and straightens them out, because they really are the WORST Papa John's I have ever dealt with.

  Called to check on an order because we did not receive an email confirmation. Employee was so helpful and upbeat. Said our order was on the way and to call him back in 10 minutes if we did not get our order.

  Went in to pick up a pizza was ignored for 20 minutes while my pizza sat getting cold. Will never return
